The app features activity widgets enabling users to monitor details on their strength, cardio, wellness, and FitPoints. Users have the capability to record strength or cardio exercises by manually logging a workout. Additionally, they can review Workout Card information, detailing prescribed exercises, machine settings, weights, and reps. FitPoints based on activity type are also displayed, along with Lifetime FitPoints statistics.
